Download disini Berikut Langkah-Langkah Instal Ulang/upgrade/downgrade 1. Instal Blackberry Dekstop Manager, BBSAK, dan OS blackberry yang telah kita download tadi 2. Lebih baik coba tanyakan atau konsultasikan pada orang yang lebih ahli dulu agar tidak terjadi apa-apa dengan BlackBerry Torch 9800. Cara Upgrade OS BlackBerry Torch 9800 Sebelum temna-teman memulai untuk upgrade maka lebih baik coba baca petunjuk di bawah ini dan apa saja yang harus dipersiapkan untuk upgrade BB Torch 9800 yang harus di siapkan 1. Software Desktop Manager biasanya terdapat pada CD sewaktu kita membeli BB atau di sini. 2. OS Resmi Blackberry Torch 9800 di sini. 3. Jika sudah beres semua, silahkan Anda lanjutkan untuk cara upgrade os – nya. Gimana cara upgradenya? Cara Upgrade OS Blackberry ke OS BlackBerry Torch 9800 1. Instal dari CD ” BlackBerry Desktop Manager ” ke komputer atau unduh di website 2. Download OS di . Download OS terbaru yang sesuai dengan jenis BlackBerry Anda. . atau jika Anda sudah mendownload lewati langkah ini 3. Klik file exe OS untuk Install OS ke komputer > restart komputer. 4. Anda hapus di C drive >pilih program files > pilih common files > research in motion > 5. Dengan Desktop Manager, lakukan back up data handheld BlackBerry ke komputer Anda. 6. Matikan network dan copot memory card/sebagai opsional. 7. Hapus/wipe handheld yang bermasalah di BlackBerry. Pilih option > security options > general settings > pilih button/tombol menu BB > wipe handheld. Untuk OS wipe include 3rd party. 8. Buka software desktop manager dengan klik icon. 9. Konekkan BlackBerry ke komputer/konek ke desktop manager. 10. Otomatis deteksi akan berjalan pada Desktop manager untuk synchronize data, check for updates OS versi terbaru muncul ter-updates/upgrade, jalankan petunjuk yang ada. 11. Jika gagal/tidak terdetek, restart komputer dan restart desktop manager. buka/start Desktop Manager dari main menu. 12. Jika OS baru tidak juga terdetek oleh desktop manager, close/tutup desktop manager lalu masuk ke bagian hapus vendor xml, pilih dan ikuti langkah sesuai petunjuk. 13. Tunggu sampai benar2 nyala dan booting sampai dengan home screen. Jangan cabut kabel atau mainin kabel data. 14. Terakhir setting BlackBerry Anda.
